AAU Provider Update: Assisted Living Rental Unit and Board Rates

Please see below for the ADvantage Member maximum rental unit and board rates in the Assisted Living. Rates go into effect immediately with the exception that if you currently have a Member residing in one of these scenarios listed below, but they are paying a different rate from those listed, you may continue charging at the existing rate until the next contract renewal period for the Member.

ADvantage Member Maximum Rental Unit and Board Rates

One Occupant - Rental unit with one bedroom, one living area with kitchen/dining area, one bath.

Two Occupants - Rental unit with two bedrooms, one living area with kitchen/dining area, one-two baths

Each ADvantage member will be responsible for one full board (50% of rental unit and board - $314.10) and 80% of a full rental unit rate, ($251.28). For two persons in a two-bedroom unit, the maximum rental unit rate total is set at 160% of the maximum for a single occupancy unit.)

Two Occupants - Rental unit with one bedroom, one living area with kitchen/dining area, one bath

Each ADvantage Member will be responsible for one full board (50% of rental unit and board = $314.10) and 60% of a full rental unit rate ($188.46). For two persons in a one-bedroom unit, the maximum rental unit rate is set at 120% of the maximum for a single occupancy unit.

Each ADvantage Memory Care member will be responsible for one full rental unit and board
