Provider Impact on Billing, EVV Processes,

What is it about?
Continuing open dialogue with local providers, this meeting will review Home and Community Based Settings requirements from CMS, provide training regarding common issues ADvantage Provider agencies face related to billing, EVV usage, State Plan Personal Care, and Person Centered Thinking in the planning process.
Who Should Attend?
Agency Directors, Case Managers, Case Manager Supervisors, Trainers, Home Care Providers, Home Care Nurses, Assisted Living Providers, Adult Day Health Providers, and those responsible for scheduling, billing, and continuous quality improvement.
Why Should I Attend?
This conversational training will provide up to date information on resolution of billing issues, proper usage of EVV, updates regarding State Plan Personal Care, and how to apply Person Centered Thinking.
NOTE: Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions of this training however, for those who cannot attend the entire day, the approximate session start and end times are being provided so that you can preplan accordingly.The Provider Billing discussion will be from 9:00am to 10:15am, EVV discussion will be from 10:30am to 11:30am with lunch from 11:30am to 12:45pm. The Person Centered Thinking discussion will be from 12:45pm to 2:00pm and State Plan Personal Care discussion will be from 2:15pm to 4:00pm. Session times are approximate and you should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time indicated.
