Subject:(a.) Harmony system billing (b.) Rescheduling of upcoming training

MSU-AA would like to communicate the following important Harmony Implementation updates:(Please disseminate this information immediately)
a. Billing through the Harmony system was scheduled to begin for all providers on October 1, 2018, but will be postponed until further notice. The AuthentiCare EVV system will continue to send billing for payment to OHCA for Home Care and Case Management providers, while all other providers will use the same billing system/method they have in the past. Providers will receive advance notice when all billing will be processed through the Harmony system.
b. Harmony system training previously scheduled for September 10th and 11th, will be rescheduled for a later date.
