Medicaid Service Update

To:  ADvantage and State Plan Personal Care Providers

Subject:  Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) Contracts Expiring November 30, 2022

Date:  November 21, 2022

OHCA Provider Contracts for the services listed below will expire November 30, 2022, if not renewed.   Providers must maintain their contracts with OHCA to be considered a certified provider for ADvantage

  • Case Management
  • Assisted Living
  • Home Delivered Meals
  • Home Care – Personal Care
  • Home Care – Occupational Therapy
  • Home Care – Physical Therapy
  • Nursing Facility Based Extended Respite
  • CDPASS Individual Contracts

If not already completed, Providers should access the OHCA website at www.okhca.org to renew these expiring contracts. Each service requires a separate contract renewal. Once the contract has been processed, OHCA will send the Provider a Recertification Letter. This letter is emailed to the Provider’s official contact listed on the OHCA Provider file.
