To request registration for ADvantage Case Management Orientation Training, the provider agency will need to submit a PQ in Harmony following the specifications below.
- Go into the PQ Chapter and from File click on Add PQ.
- Fill in the required blanks:
- For Inquiry Category choose Provider Question
- For Inquiry Type select Training
- For the Status choose Pending
- In the Detailed Information area, enter the name of the Case Manager trainee candidate, what agency/agency branch they will be assigned to, and the dates of the training class for which registration is being requested.
- Hover over File and click Save PQ
- When the Save is successful, sub-tabs will appear at the top left side of the page
- Click on the Notes sub-tab and hover over File and select Add Note
- Fill in the required fields on the Notes Detail:
- For Note Type select CM Candidate Training Request
- For Status select Pending
- Add Attachment = attach the candidates resume and other supporting documentation needed such as Oklahoma nurse licensure verification or college diploma and/or college transcript, etc.
- Save and Close Note
- Click on the PQ sub-tab on the left and then click Save and Close PQ to submit the request automatically to MSU.
When the request for CMOT has been approved by MSU, the requester will receive a confirmation letter via the PQ in Harmony. The confirmation letter, along with the New Case Manager Record of Orientation (NCMRO) checklist, will be attached to a Note within the PQ. The NCMRO is used by the provider to document the trainee candidate’s required orientation with the case management agency. The orientation period must occur prior to Case Management Orientation Training, must be a minimum of five (5) days in length, and must include shadowing an experienced ADvantage certified Case Manager in the field.
