Subject: MSU Quarterly Provider Training

Date:  October 26, 2022

The MSU Quarterly Provider Training offers information about process improvements, system updates, and maintaining critical focal points. The information presented is crucial to how Providers will successfully conduct business as it relates to the ADvantage and State Plan Personal Care programs. 

The next training is being held online via Zoom Meeting, on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Logon/check-in begins at 8:45 a.m. To register, please click the link below:

After completing the online registration, participants will be emailed information about joining the virtual training via Zoom. The audio portion of the meeting may be joined from a telephone if necessary by simply following the prompts on the screen.

This quarter’s training topics will include:  Audit and Waiver Performance Measures, Home Care Provider Transfers, Oklahoma’s New Comprehensive Crisis Response System 988, SCAMS Targeting Older Adults, Harmony Best Practices and other topics.
