MSU Regional Provider Training 

MSU Quality Assurance & Improvement Audit, Person Centered Thinking, High Risk Assessments, and EVV Member Training Requirement

What is it about?

The training is about continuing open dialogue with local Providers, and will cover Quality Assurance/Improvement (QAI) Review processes and the Harmony System; effectively applying Person Centered Thinking to service planning; the High Risk Assessment process, and EVV Member training requirement.

Who Should Attend?

Agency Directors, Case Managers, Case Manager Supervisors, Trainers, Home Care Providers, Home Care Nurses, Assisted Living Providers, Adult Day Health Providers, and those responsible continuous quality improvement should plan on attending.

Why Should I Attend?

This conversational training will provide up to date information on QA&I Provider reviews and processes including application of the Harmony System, effectively applying person centered thinking to service planning, application of the High Risk Assessment process, and requirement to train Members to the EVV system.
