Response to Conditions

To assist with meeting the Harmony go-live deadline, the Medicaid Services Unit – ADvantage Administration will not accept any response to conditions emailed through SmarterMail after, July 13th, 2018. The Provider will need to hold all response to conditions and enter them through Harmony, beginning August 1, 2018.

All Documents

ALL documents sent by postal mail will only be accepted through July 20, 2018. Any documents received with a postmark later than July 20, 2018, will not be processed. The Provider will need to hold all submissions and enter them through Harmony, beginning August 1, 2018.
