New Training Opportunity: CD-PASS 201 Training for CDA-Certified Case Managers and Supervisors
Consumer-Directed Personal Assistance Services and Supports (CD-PASS) has identified the ability to provide additional training for case managers and supervisors after the initial CDA training. CD-PASS is now offering additional assistance, on-site, to Case Management Providers, to support their crucial role in this service option.
Who: Current CDA-Certified Case Managers and Supervisors. Class size is limited to the space available in the case management provider office.
What: Continuing education training for CD-PASS. CD-PASS 201 is refresher training for all current CDAs covering the following topics:
- Review Key Updates to CD-PASS
- Discuss Prevention of Common Conditions/SPRs
- Discuss Monitoring
- Discuss Member Supports
- Provide Checklists for Service Plan Submission and Member and PSA Enrollment
- Identify CD-PASS Specific Tools for CMs
This is an added training opportunity and it is not intended to replace the initial one-day certification training.
When: Up to four trainings will be available each month. Training sessions will be scheduled with interested Case Management Providers, at mutually agreed upon dates/times.
Where: Training will be held on-site, at Case Management Provider offices.
