Provider Update: October 31, 2014

ADvantage Contract Renewals

All ADvantage Provider Contracts are due for renewal by November 30, 2014.  Each provider is responsible for ensuring their contract with OHCA is renewed timely. Once the contract has been submitted and renewed, each provider will receive a renewal letter from OHCA. 

The MSU-AA is requesting that each agency fax a copy of the renewal letter that will be received from OHCA, to MSU-AA Contracts at 405-230-8017.  Please review this letter for any changes regarding the Taxonomy Number and Zip Code.  If there are changes, please note this on the information sent to MSU-AA. 

MSU-AA is requesting this information in an attempt to keep the Provider Agencies records current in an effort to reduce the number of claim denials.
