Additional Notes:

New Minimum Mobile Operating System Version:

In order to support the new AuthentiCare mobile release, the new minimum mobile operating system version is Android 4.4 and above and IOS 9.0 and above. Mobile users should update their minimum mobile operating system version ASAP. They do NOT have to wait for the new mobile application to be released to update their mobile operating system. This should be done ASAP. For iOS, version 9.0 is supported on iPhone 4s and above.

New Mobile Certificates:

Google has issued a staged deprecation of Symantec certificates. The current and new AuthentiCare mobile application utilizes Symantec certificates. The existing certificates will stop working in September 2018. The current mobile application will no longer work once the new certificates are deployed. The new mobile application will need to be downloaded and configured to support the update in certificates. Further communications will be forthcoming in conjunction with the new mobile application release.
