ADvantage Adult Day Health Laundry Service 

Please note, per the recent provider bulletin related to Changes to Adult Day Health Authorization sent June 10th, 2013, ADvantage Adult Day providers may now offer laundry service for ADvantage Members attending Adult Day Health. Each Adult Day Health facility will advise the Case Manager if they intend to provide this service, in addition, they will provide their facility requirements related to the laundry assistance.

Case Managers please note: at this time, the addendum to include the laundry service must be submitted with the code listed below. In addition, the Member's goals must also be submitted indicating laundry will now be provided at the Adult Day Health, as appropriate.

Adult Day Health Laundry Service - S5105-U1 (modifier required)
Unit of service - 1 session per day
Unit Rate - $7.50
Frequency - Weekly
Effective - July 01, 2013
