Provider Update: ADvantage & MSPPC Provider Report Cards

Effective March 17, 2014, the ADvantage Administration will publish the FY2013 ADvantage & Medicaid State Plan Personal Care Provider Report Cards.  A link to the report cards will be conveniently located on the ADvantage website.

The Report Cards will be available to the public and will empower Members, Families & Caregivers to make an informed decision when selecting an agency for the ADvantage and Medicaid State Plan Personal Care Program. 

The Report Cards will include the annual audit score, individual condition scores, and state averages, along with follow-up audit scores, if applicable.

FY2014 Provider Report Cards will be uploaded to this site in October 2014 (annual audit scores) and April 2015 (follow-up audit scores.)  Future Report Cards will be uploaded following this same schedule.
