Provider Update: Assisted Living Case Manager Training Registration

Registration is now available for Case Managers who wish to become certified to serve ADvantage Assisted Living Members on their caseload.  You must complete this training in order to be able to carry an Assisted Living case.

This training will be held on March 12, 2014.   Seating for this training is limited and will be on a first to register basis. Registration will close on Wednesday, March 5, 2014, or when training capacity has been reached.

If you are currently a Case Management Provider certified for Carter County and do not yet have a Case Manager Supervisor and Case Managers certified for Assisted Living Case Management, you may want them to attend this training, as there is an Assisted Living facility in the Ardmore area coming on contract for ADvantage.  However, this training is open to all Case Managers to attend and receive certification.
