Please see below the ADvantage Member maximum rental unit and board rates for calendar year 2013.  Due to an increase in the Federal SSI Benefit Rate for 2013, the rental rate will slightly increase for this year.  The following rates are effective January 1, 2013.

One ADvantage Member – Rental unit with one bedroom, one living area with kitchen/dining area, one bath

$319.50 = Board

$319.50 = Rental Unit

$639.00 = maximum total room and board (90% of SSI Federal Benefit Rate)

Two ADvantage Members – Rental unit with two bedrooms, one living area with kitchen/dining area, one-two baths

Each ADvantage Member will be responsible for one full board (50% of room and board = $319.50) and 80% of a full rental unit rate, ($255.60). [For two persons in a 2-bedroom unit, the maximum rental unit rate total is set at 150% of the maximum for a single occupancy unit.]

$319.50 = Board

$255.60 = 80% of single occupancy rental unit rate

$575.10 maximum room and board for each person

$1150.20 total room and board maximum cost for two persons

Two ADvantage Members – Rental unit with one bedroom, one living area with kitchen/dining area, one bath

Each ADvantage Member will be responsible for one full board (50% of room and board = $319.50) and 60% of a full rental unit rate, ($191.70). [For two persons in a 1-bedroom unit, the maximum rental unit rate total is set at 125% of the maximum for a single occupancy unit.]

$319.50 = Board (50% of unit and board rate)

$191.70 = 60% of single occupancy rental unit rate

$511.20 maximum room and board for each person

$1022.40 total room and board maximum cost for two persons
