Allowable monthly gross income must be equal to or less than the following income standards that are 130 percent of the federal poverty level.

For a family unit with more than eight members, add $596 for each additional member.

*Earned income deduction: subtract $240 from the gross earned income of each employed household member to determine allowable monthly net income. Refer to Oklahoma Administrative Code 340:20-1-11 for other deductible expenses households may be eligible to subtract from gross income.
