Social Services Block Grant Allocation Plan – Federal Fiscal Year 2027

The SSBG is administered by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services through its administrative agency, the Administration for Children and Families, Office of Community Services. The Oklahoma Department of Human Services is designated as the principal state agency for the allocation and administration of the Block Grant within the State of Oklahoma. The block grant legislation gives the state significant discretion in providing a wide range of services such as adult and children protective services. The FFY2027 plan is made available online for review and comment from July 24, 2026, to August 25, 2026. View the FFY2027 Pre-Expenditure Report and Intended Use Plan.

Public Hearing:

In accordance with SSBG regulations, the Oklahoma Department of Human Services will host a public hearing to gather comments on the report. The hearing will take place on August 25, 2026, starting at 8:00 AM  to 10:00AM CST in room C-48 of the Sequoyah Building, located at 2400 N Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73105.
