OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (July 1, 2021) – Oklahoma Human Services (OKDHS) introduces the ECC Connect app -- a new, easier way for parents with children in subsidized child care to check their children in and out, all without the use of a benefits card. The time and attendance app reduces wait time in providers’ businesses, gives parents fewer cards to carry and offers a faster process for parents and providers. The app is available for download now in the App Store or Google Play.

“We are so excited about this new app and the many ways it will improve the subsidy process for parents and providers,” said Brittany Lee, Director of OKDHS Child Care Services. “This innovative app will make life and business so much easier when it comes to child care.”

Downloading the ECC Connect app is quick and easy.

  1. Download the ECC Connect app from the App Store or Google Play, and open the app. Tap REGISTER.
  2. Enter an active child care case number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. Tap CONTINUE.
  3. Enter an appropriate user ID and password, confirm your password, and tap CONTINUE.
  4. Enter an email address and/or phone number. Tap CONTINUE. Read through and accept the terms and conditions.
