​​What:   ​The Oklahoma Department of Human Services (DHS) and Liberty of Oklahoma will hold a press conference to announce the establishment of a short-term residential treatment program on the campus of the Laura Dester Children's Center (LDCC) in Tulsa. This program will serve children and youth with intellectual disabilities and severe emotional disturbances who are in the custody of the DHS. The press conference will include speakers Sarah Stitt, Governor-elect First Lady, DHS Director Ed Lake, and Hugh Sage, Director of Liberty of Oklahoma. Following the speakers, attendees will be granted a tour of the new facility.
