The Oklahoma Fosters initiative, a joint initiative between the office of Governor Mary Fallin and the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (DHS), joins Chester’s Party Barn to host a free event for families in the local community. The event will take place at Chester’s Party Barn on Friday, Sept. 30, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The purpose of the event is to offer a fun time for foster families and to provide information to local families about becoming foster parents. There will also be information on ways the community can support current foster families.

Attendees will have access to the petting zoo, hayrack rides, hay maze, playgrounds, and barn activities. Hot dogs and s’mores will be provided for free. There is no RSVP required to attend.
