The professional days are May 6 and 7 and provide professional development for professionals, students and advocates in the field of aging. Oklahoma Department of Human Services Director Ed Lake, Oklahoma State Department of Health Commissioner Dr. Terry Cline, and Oklahoma State Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Director Terri White will be the keynote speakers on May 7.

The conference also features 60 breakout sessions, a Wellness Expo, film festival, more than 60 exhibitors and other activities.

“This is the state’s largest conference on aging and is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate Oklahoma seniors, learn about critical issues and showcase programs and services,” said Lance Robertson, DHS Aging Services director.
