OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma Department of Human Services (DHS) Aging Services is seeking public comments on the new 5310 Transportation State Management Plan. DHS Aging Services administers Oklahoma’s Section 5310 Transportation Program for the Federal Transit Administration and the plan details how the program works in Oklahoma.

The federal program authorizes capital assistance grants to eligible non-profits and governmental entities to purchase vehicles to provide transportation to seniors and individuals with disabilities.
