OKLAHOMA CITY -- With the economic downturn, there is a great need for non-profits to strategically focus on their fundraising streams and build relationships. That is the topic of the Artful Askers workshop, which will be held Friday, Oct. 21, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Oklahoma City.
The workshop provides participants with the tools to reach potential donors, access resources, and meet community needs. The presentation also includes technical assistance for capacity building and fund development.
Registration is $75.00 (no charge for alumnus) and opens at 8:30 a.m. at Crossings Community Center, 2208 West Hefner, Oklahoma City. Artful Askers is sponsored by Crossings Community Center, The Butterfield Memorial Foundation, and the Oklahoma Office of Faith Based and Community Initiatives at www.faithlinksok.org (link opens in new window). Pre-registration is preferred. Visit www.ArtfulAskers.com (link opens in new window) for more information and to register.
