OKLAHOMA CAPITOL -- Over the coming weeks, 60,000 Oklahoma Child Support Services debit card customers will receive new debit cards.
OCSS switched child support payment from paper checks to debit cards in 2007 through a vendor called ACS. The debit cards of customers who were among the first to join the debit card system are set to expire next month. New debit cards are already being issued.

Debit card customers should check the date printed on the front of the debit card. If it expires soon, a new card will arrive in the mail in a plain white envelope. The new debit card should be activated as soon as it arrives. |

Customers should not throw away the new card and should call ACS immediately to set up a new PIN for the card. The contact number for ACS, 1-888-401-9843, is on the card. Once the new card is activated, customers will be advised of their account balances.

The old card will not work after the last day of the month shown as the expiration date on the debit card. After that date, customers cannot access funds in the account without a new card.

OCSS customers who receive their child support payments through direct deposit are unaffected by the new cards.

For any additional questions, child support customers may call ACS at 1-888-401-9843.

Oklahoma Child Support Services is a division of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. OCSS enhances the well-being of children through its mission to establish, monitor and enforce a reliable source of support for the families it serves. The division is responsible for more than 190,000 active child support cases.
