OKLAHOMA CAPITOL -- Kathryn Alexander and Sherry Blazi will open a dialog on how psychosocial considerations impact the healthy outcome of childbearing, parenting and early infant mental health at noon, Jan. 23 at the Oklahoma History Center, 2401 N. Laird Ave., Oklahoma City.
Alexander is a licensed clinical social worker with the Maternal and Child Health Division of the Oklahoma State Department of Health in rural eastern Oklahoma. Alexander has 33 years of social work experience and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin School of Social Work.
Blazi is a licensed clinical social worker and is a social work consultant and technical supervisor for the Oklahoma State Department of Health SoonerStart/Early Intervention Program as well as a clinical social worker for the Oklahoma County SoonerStart Team. Blazi has 35 years of experience and holds a Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of Oklahoma.
