OKLAHOMA CAPITOL -- Debit cards issued to approximately 3,400 OKDHS Child Support Enforcement Division customers on March 31, 2007 must be activated by June 28, or the card will be voided and no longer valid.
The Oklahoma MasterCard Debit Card was distributed to more than 46,000 child support recipients statewide; however, about 3,400 customers have not yet activated the card.

Additionally, if cardholders don’t activate their cards by Sept. 28, the funds will be returned to the state or to the non-custodial parent. Child support payments already have been placed on the card and those funds are now available for the customers’ use.

Customers who may have lost or misplaced the card, haven’t received the card, or have additional questions about activation should contact Affiliated Computer Services, the debit card vendor, at 1-888-401-9843.

Cardholders who don’t activate the card by June 28 will be issued a new card on June 29. The newly issued card should arrive within 8 to 10 business days.

OKDHS Child Support Enforcement Division issued the Oklahoma MasterCard Debit Card to simplify and expedite child support payments in the state.
