OKLAHOMA CAPITOL --- Debbie J. Holt has been named the new programs administrator for the Property Management unit, a part of the Support Services Division, in the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.
“Debbie has more than six years experience as a project manager in the Property Management Unit, during which time she did excellent work,” said Paula A. Hearn, director SSD. “She will be a tremendous asset in this new role.”
As head of the Property Management Unit, Holt leads a team that serves as the official leasing agency of real property for OKDHS. The unit is responsible for office space acquisitions, building inspections, contract monitoring and fiscal and financial reporting.
“I am thrilled to be back. I missed working for OKDHS,” Holt said. “I am looking forward to my future with the SSD Property Management unit and to providing quality and caring services to our customers.”
Holt started with OKDHS in 1977 in the Administrative Review unit of the Office of Inspector General. She served in positions with Children’s Hospital - Department of Social Work, Rehabilitation Services, and the Developmental Disabilities Services, Child Support Enforcement and Office Support Services divisions.
Prior to accepting her new position with OKDHS, Holt was a part of the Federal Property Distribution unit in the Oklahoma Department of Central Services.
