Gayle Casey Named Director of Oklahoma County's Capitol Hill Office

OKLAHOMA CAPITOL --- Gayle Casey, a 17-year veteran of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS), was named Director of the OKDHS office serving south Oklahoma County, located at 401 W. Commerce.
"We are very pleased to have Gayle joining our Oklahoma County Directors team," said Debbie Sexton, Area III Director. "Gayle is a very kind and capable person who brings with her both years of experience serving the people of Oklahoma County and high personal standards of quality and professionalism."

Casey began her career with OKDHS as a social worker in the Midwest City office before moving to the OKDHS office on north Kelly where she served as a social services supervisor. She was later promoted to assistant county director and also served in that capacity at the OKDHS office in Bethany.

"I’m very excited about this new opportunity," said Casey. "I’m looking forward to working with the staff and community partners to bring the best quality service to our customers. It’s all about serving the public."

Casey graduated from Harrah High School and received her bachelor’s degree in Family Services from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater.

Casey’s husband of eight years, Mike, is retired from OKDHS were he served as the coordinator for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program.
