Accountability

OKDHS is improving operational efficiencies to assure the needs of Oklahoma citizens are met. The increasing number of individuals receiving services with fewer OKDHS employees. This is accomplished through a variety of methods that seek to improve timely and accurate delivery of services with the lowest cost. Some of these methods include staff training, automating processes and identifying process improvements.
