Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340:75-1-29 ITS are revised to reflect new guidance on initial meetings and case transfer meeting.
Part 7. Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children
OAC 340:75-1-86 ITS are updated with changes for processing Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children documents and forms.
Subchapter 3. Child Protective Services
Part 1. Purpose, Definitions, and Hotline Protocol
OAC 340:75-3-100 ITS are revised to include reference to safety needs of child with physical or developmental disability.
OAC 340:75-3-130 ITS are updated to address substance-affected newborns not accepted for investigation.
Part 2. Investigative Protocols
OAC 340:75-3-200 ITS are updated to provide protocols for staff dealing with a child who has perceived or diagnosed physical or developmental disability.
OAC 340:75-3-210 and 340:75-3-220 ITS are to simplify and consolidate assessment of child safety protocol.
Part 3. Child Safety Evaluation Criteria and Procedure
OAC 340:75-3-300 ITS are revised to include protocol for assessing child safety and structure for child safety meeting.
Part 4. Specialized Investigative Protocols, Child Death or Near-Death Reporting Protocols
OAC 340:75-3-400 ITS are updated to reflect changes to protocol for child victims of human trafficking.
OAC 340:75-3-410 ITS are revised to change time frame for completing foster or trial adoptive home investigation.
OAC 340:75-3-420 ITS are revised to include change sto submitting substantiated findings of child abuse and neglect to Restricted Registry.
OAC 340:75-3-430 ITS are revised to delete reference to Infant Care Review Committee.

OAC 340:75-3-500 ITS are clarified to reflect changes to use of unsubstantiated investigation finding.
