317:35-19-24. Case transfer between categories

If a case number is not already on file, a new case number must be assigned for the new category before the case can be certified. The forms section containing the latest application and redetermination forms, as well as the case narrative, if any, are removed from the old record to the new case record with a notation filed in the old record explaining the transfer.
