317:35-18-11. Data collection and reporting

     The PACE provider must:

• (1) collect data to comply with reporting requirements in provider application;

• (2) generate and maintain monthly reports from collected data;

• (3) make the reports available to the OHCA; and

• (4) comply with all data requests as specified by the OHCA within 30 days of such requests.
