Description
Health Department staff can provide sports physicals,
well checks, minor illness treatment, and more.
Immunizations available for VFC-eligible youth ages
4-18 (American Indian, Alaska Native, SoonerCare eligible,
uninsured or underinsured). Oklahoma Human Services staff can
help with food, medical and child care
subsidy assistance programs,
print EBT cards and more. The Chickasaw Nation Department of Public Health Inchokma
Mobile Unit can provide childhood immunizations, adult
Tetanus vaccinations and sports physicals to eligible First
American families. Also, the Chickasaw Nation WIC program
will have services available to eligible community members.
