For after hours, weekend or holiday assistance, contact the Statewide Abuse Hotline at 1-800-522-3511.


Grievance
To file a grievance on behalf of children in custody of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS), Developmental Disabilities Services Division (DDSD) clients or foster parents call (405) 522-2720.
