Open to residents from Creek, Pawnee, and Payne counties or any other areas impacted by the fires.

Multi Agency Resource Centers (MARCs)
Oklahoma Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) partners have scheduled Multi Agency Resource Centers (MARCs) to support Oklahomans affected by recent wildfires. A MARC brings together public agencies and nonprofits to offer people a “one-stop shop” for assistance and recovery resources and information.

- Saturday: First United Methodist Church of Stillwater, 400 W Seventh St., Stillwater - March 22, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Sunday: Logan County Fairgrounds, 215 Fairgrounds Road, Guthrie - March 23, 12-7 p.m.
Clean Up Help
If you have been affected by the fires and are homeowners in need of help with chainsaw or ash clean up, contact Oklahoma Baptist Disaster Relief at 844-690-9198 or visit okdisasterhelp.org to request assistance. Or visit the locations below from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. for the next few days to sign up in person.

Samaritan's Purse volunteers will begin work in Stillwater and Mannford on March 21. Disaster Relief Unit #4 will be set up at New Covenant Fellowship at 1110 East McElroy Rd. Visit spvolunteer.org for updates and volunteer opportunities as they become available.
American Red Cross Financial Assistance

Displaced Animals
Payne County Animal Response Team has been managing a shelter at the Payne County Fairgrounds Expo Center. The the Payne County Animal Response Team is part of the Oklahoma Medical Reserve Corps. Follow them on facebook at www.facebook.com/PayneOKCART.
Replacement SNAP Benefits
SNAP policy allows for the replacement of food purchased with SNAP benefits that was destroyed in a household misfortune such as a fire, tornado, or flood. The amount of the replacement must be for the amount of the food loss - not to exceed the amount of the monthly benefit issued to the household. This request must be reported within 10 calendar days of the loss of food and the loss must be verified. The household must also sign (or verbally approve) an affidavit of loss which can be completed at an Oklahoma Human Services office or by calling our contact center at 405-522-5050.

Assistive Technology and Durable Medical Equipment Replacement
The Oklahoma ABLE Tech Device Reutilization Program may be able help repair or replace assistive technology and durable medical equipment that was damaged or destroyed in the fires. Contact ABLE Tech at 405-967-6010 or visit www.okabletech.org.
Be a Neighbor
Be a Neighbor is a resource offered by Oklahoma Human Services designed to connect Oklahomans in need with local nonprofits, faith-based groups, tribes and community organizations. Through the Be a Neighbor portal, you can search specific needs (food, clothing, housing, etc.) and find organizations in your local community offering those resources and services.
Disaster Distress Helpline
The Disaster Distress Helpline (DDH) is the first national hotline dedicated to providing year-round disaster crisis counseling. This toll-free, multilingual, crisis support service is available 24/7 to all residents in the U.S. and its territories who are experiencing emotional distress related to natural or human-caused disasters.
