Online Form to Report Business Economic Injury Due to COVID-19
The Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management’s online form for businesses suffering losses due to the effects of COVID-19 is now active at damage.ok.gov. The form will be used to document Oklahoma business impacts related to COVID-19 in order to receive federal assistance through the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Economic Injury Disaster Loan program.
Since the form was made available online Monday, more than 425 reports have already been filed, but OEM is asking businesses to continue reporting until an SBA declaration is approved for all Oklahoma counties. Reports are especially needed from counties outside of the major metro areas.
