Meet the Staff


Mike Mayberry

Executive Director

Mike is the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Agriculture Mediation Program, a not-for-profit program dedicated to helping Oklahoma farm and ranch producers.
His 35 year career with state government included serving as Deputy Court

Administrator for the Oklahoma Supreme Court and the Administrative Office of the Courts.  He was Administrative Director of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) and Public Information Officer for the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department. Mike is familiar with agricultural diversity in Oklahoma and enjoys helping people solve their problems, whether they are with government, their neighbors or a stranger.  He is an attorney and trained mediator who revels when parties can agree to solve their issues and avoid going to court. Mike currently serves on the Coalition of Agriculture Mediation Programs (CAMP) Legislative Committee.

Mike graduated from Oklahoma City University Law School, the University of Oklahoma, attended OSU and Rogers State University after growing up raising cattle in Claremore and the northeastern part of the state.  He and his wife, Leisa, make their home in west Edmond. His current hobbies include flyfishing and beekeeping.

Cheyenne Sparks

Operations & Communications Manager

Cheyenne Sparks is the Operations and Communications Manager of the Oklahoma Agriculture Mediation Program, a not-for-profit program dedicated to helping Oklahoma farm and ranch producers. 

She obtained a Bachelor’s of University Studies at Oklahoma State University in 2015 specializing in Agricultural Communications, Animal Science and, American Indian Studies. In 2021, Cheyenne graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law with a Masters of Legal Studies in Indigenous Peoples Law. She served as the President for the Oklahoma CattleWomen (OCW) from 2021-2023 and as the American National CattleWomen (ANCW) Public Relations Chair from 2021-2024. In 2023, Cheyenne was appointed as the ANCW Region IV Director for a one year term. Cheyenne currently serves on the Coalition of Agriculture Mediation Programs (CAMP) Steering Committee and Communications Committee.

She and her husband, Landon, make their home in southern Oklahoma with their two children.  Her passion for promoting and sustaining agriculture led her to pursue a career with OAMP, Inc.
