Transforming Lives Through Care and Community

Friday, April 10, 2026

Tucked quietly within the community, Grace Home is making a profound difference—serving homeless, pregnant women with compassion, dignity, and a holistic approach to care.

For more than 11 years, Grace Home has provided a safe, family-style home for up to six mothers and their infants at a time. Beyond shelter, the organization offers wraparound support, including education, life skills, and personalized guidance—equipping each mother with the tools needed to build a stable and hopeful future.

Deputy Director Andrea Stasyszen recently had the opportunity to meet with Julie Cockroft, Co-Executive Director, to learn more about the heart behind Grace Home. Their conversation highlighted not only the organization’s origins and vision for the future, but also the many lives that have been transformed through its work.

Grace Home exemplifies what it means to walk alongside individuals with purpose. By helping mothers set clear goals and providing consistent encouragement, they create pathways forward—even in the most challenging circumstances.

This impact is made possible through strong partnerships with local organizations, the support of generous donors, and the involvement of churches that provide resources, encouragement, and hands-on assistance. It is a powerful reminder that meaningful change happens when a community comes together.

Through its unwavering commitment, Grace Home continues to bring hope and stability—serving Oklahoma families one mother at a time.  Learn more by visiting Grace Home.
