The Vine Campus:  A Place of Hope and New Beginnings

Tucked away in Oklahoma City, The Vine Campus—part of Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children—is quietly transforming lives. Recently, we had the privilege of visiting this remarkable ministry and witnessing firsthand the hope it offers to young single mothers and their children.

More than just a housing program, The Vine Campus provides a safe, supportive environment where families can heal, grow, and prepare for independent living. Through life skills training, spiritual mentorship, educational support, and practical resources, this program equips mothers with the tools they need to thrive.

During our visit, we toured one of the campus homes, each designed to accommodate three family units. The warmth and intentionality behind every detail were unmistakable—from cozy living spaces to welcoming touches that made it feel like home. It was clear this is more than just a place to stay; it’s a place to start over.

The mission of The Vine Campus is both bold and beautiful: to empower families, break generational cycles, and build brighter futures—one mother and child at a time. We heard powerful stories of resilience and renewal and met the dedicated staff and volunteers who serve with unwavering compassion, even when the work is hard.

How You Can Help
The Vine Campus relies on the generosity of its community. Donations of new or gently used items—clothing, household essentials, and more—are always welcome for their on-campus boutique, which helps meet everyday needs with dignity and care.

And perhaps most importantly, please keep the staff and families in your prayers. Many of the staff live on campus, walking alongside these mothers daily as they rebuild their lives. Your support—both tangible and spiritual—makes a real difference.
