Hope Center Ministries Expands Faith-Based Recovery Support in Cleveland County
The Oklahoma Office of Faith-Based & Community Initiatives (OFBCI) recently had the opportunity to learn more about the expanding work of Hope Center Ministries during a tour of its newest men’s recovery home, which is preparing to open in Norman.
Director Brian Bobek was joined by Jeremy Parker of Hope Center Ministries and Cleveland County Commissioner Jacob McHughes for a firsthand look at the preparation underway to bring additional faith-based recovery support to Cleveland County. The visit provided an opportunity to learn more about the organization’s mission and explore the value this new home can bring to individuals, families, and the broader community.
Restoring Lives, Families, and Communities
Hope Center Ministries is dedicated to restoring lives, restoring families, and restoring communities through a faith-based approach to recovery. Its programs are designed to support individuals working to overcome addiction while helping them develop the tools, relationships, and stability needed to build a healthier future.
The organization currently operates six centers across Oklahoma, serving both men and women with more than 200 beds statewide. In 2025, Hope Center Ministries served nearly 2,500 residents and provided workforce development opportunities, as well as support for residents’ family members.
These efforts recognize that recovery extends beyond the individual. When people are given opportunities to heal, grow, and establish a new direction, families and communities can also experience meaningful change.
Expanding Opportunities for Recovery in Norman
The new men’s recovery home in Norman represents an additional opportunity to provide faith-based support to men in Cleveland County who are working to overcome addiction and build a new future.
By expanding access to recovery services, Hope Center Ministries is helping strengthen local pathways toward stability, personal growth, employment, restored relationships, and long-term community connection.
