What happens when local child welfare leadership, frontline staff, and faith leaders come together for honest conversation about strengths and challenges within their community? Solutions, collaboration, and action.
Through a pilot effort led by the Oklahoma Assemblies of God, local churches partnered with Blaine County Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare to explore practical ways to better support children and families. This gathering created space for open dialogue, shared learning, and a renewed commitment to serve the most vulnerable.
We are grateful to the pastors who generously gave their time and hearts, and to the dedicated child welfare professionals who serve this community every day. Their willingness to listen, collaborate, and problem-solve together reflects the power of shared purpose.
When public agencies and faith partners unite around a common mission, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.
