The summit was a collaborative effort between the Office of Health Access, the Office of Faith-Based & Community Initiatives (OFBCI), and Oklahoma Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services. Internal partners included Lance Scogin, OSDH Assistant Deputy Commissioner, who delivered welcome remarks, and Jessica Milberger, OSDH Community Health Worker Coordinator, who shared education on partnering with local Community Health Workers (CHWs). The Communications Department also supported development of training materials.

External partners, including Tulsa Dream Center, Be A Neighbor powered by FindHelp, Butterfield Foundation, and the keynote was delivered by Pediatrician, Dr. Reid Hebert. They all provided education on community resources, health access, referrals, and sustainable partnerships. Additional topics included the Science of Hope, social determinants of health-informed care, and increasing access to services.
