We are excited to invite you to our Faith & Health Community Impact Summit on April 30, 2026, from 9:30 – 3:00 PM at the Oklahoma Commons Auditorium, Oklahoma City, Ok.
This impactful day will bring together community and faith leaders to explore partnership opportunities, practical resources, and strategies to better connect individuals and families to care. Highlights include a keynote from Dr. Reid Hebert and sessions on community programs, health partnerships, and grant opportunities.
This Summit is hosted by the OSDH Office of Health Access, in collaboration with the Office of Faith Based & Community Initiatives, and Oklahoma Mental Health & Substance Abuse.
