Meet Andrea Stasyszen
Deputy Director, Office of Faith-Based & Community Initiatives
With more than a decade of service to the State of Oklahoma, Andrea provides strategic leadership at the intersection of government, faith, and community to strengthen families and build resilient communities statewide. She cultivates cross-sector partnerships that mobilize churches, nonprofits, and community organizations to address critical needs and create sustainable impact.
Andrea is a Certified Hope Ambassador, equipping leaders and communities with research-based strategies that foster resilience and long-term wellbeing. She is passionate about bridging public agencies and faith-based partners to ensure compassionate, collaborative solutions for Oklahoma communities.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Mathematics and a Master of Arts in Teaching. Andrea and her husband, Jason, have been married for over 25 years and are the proud parents of six children.
