REQUESTS MADE BY VENDORS WILL BE REJECTED. ONLY REQUESTS MADE BY ENTITIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Change Request | The Change Request Form must be completed to request any changes to existing radio entries or talkgroup entries in the OKWIN system. It can also be used as a Letter of Authorization (giving permission to an agency/entity to use another's agency/entity's talkgroup in their radio. Must be filled out by the authorized representative of the agency/entity GIVING permission.) |
ID Request | The ID Request Form must be submitted for any new radios to be added to the OKWIN system. NOTE: This form must be approved by the Sponsor prior to the purchase of any radios. |
New Account Form | If you do not have an account with the DPS Radio Operations Center and would like one please fill this form out. |
Outage Notification Form | This form will send a report to an OKWIN administrator or assigned on-call personnel. Please fill out the form completely so that the appropriate corrective actions can be accomplished expediently. Thank you for keeping us informed. |
