During his time with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the OHP TAC Team, Trooper Tuttle has assisted with numerous tactical missions and dealt with repeated exposure to traumatic and critical incidents. He was involved in a shooting in Talihina, OK in 2018 and has had a passion for officer wellness following critical incidents. He also understands the day to day, cumulative stress of road work and looks forward to supporting officer mental health in Oklahoma.
