SUMMARY:Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC)Instructions to Staff (ITS) only areamended to:

OAC 340:75-3-110 is amended to reflect DHS reorganization and clarify length of protective custody.

OAC 340:75-3-120 is amended to clarify language regarding disabled children, protective capacity, and sexual exploitation.

OAC 340:75-3-130 is amended to clarify language documenting child abuse or neglect report and screening reports regarding children with disabilities.

OAC 340: 75-3-140 is amended to reflect DHS reorganization.

OAC 340:75-3-200 is amended to add clarifying language covering disabled children and to reduce the timeframe for completing documentation of victim and PRFC interviews.

OAC 340:75-3-210 is amended to align protocols with new assessment of child safety forms.
