The Board has created a frequently asked questions (FAQ) document in efforts to assist ignition interlock customers with their program requirements.  We are happy to assist our interlock users and their legal representatives, please feel free to call us if the FAQ doesn’t answer your question.  Forms related to IDAP may be requested from DPS via email at IDAP@dps.ok.gov, include your name and date of birth when requesting assistance.
