Construction Programs Administrator

Nanneeusha (Nisha) Young currently serves as the Agency’s State Property & Construction Program Administrator, where she is responsible for directing, planning, and organizing all of the agency’s Capital Projects, Construction/Renovation and Central Office Facilities Management programs. This includes Liaising with the State of Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services - Real Estate and Leasing Services to support the agency with real estate services and solutions including space planning and approval, property acquisition and disposition, negotiating and assisting with executing contracts, easement agreements and requests for proposals and information. 

Nisha has worked for the State of Oklahoma for over 20 years and brings a vast amount of knowledge and experiences within State Government.  She is also recognized by the State of Oklahoma as a Certified Procurement Officer (CPO).
