HR Director

Jennifer Shockley currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for ODVA where she is responsible for overseeing human resource systems, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, applying laws and rules concerning state employees and applicants, managing budgets, assessing staffing needs, hiring employees, coordinating training programs, and developing compensation plans. 

Jennifer comes to ODVA with over 13 years of state service.  She has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Southern Nazarene and a Master’s in Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University.  Her certifications include the State of Oklahoma Certified Personnel Professional (CPP), Professional In Human Resources (PHR), and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

In her leisure time, Jennifer enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
